Secure your time slot from Saturday at 9am until Sunday's show closing and ensure you arrive 15 minutes early to avoid missing out. If you arrive late and miss your time slot, there is no guarantee that 4Tune Performance will be able to accommodate you at a later time, and no refund of deposit will be offered.
 
Please note: All bookings are non-refundable, with a £5 deposit required upon online booking. The remaining balance of £45 is payable in cash on the day of your Dyno Run. Once booked, refunds are not offered.

  • Terms and Conditions - 4Tune Performance Ltd Dyno

    I confirm that my vehicle has been maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and is in full and total roadworthy condition.

    I am therefore willing to allow my vehicle to undergo testing on the Rolling Road at my own personal risk, thus releasing 4Tune Performance Ltd (trading as DW Autos) from any responsibility in the event of any failure.

    As a prospective customer of the Rolling Road, I have read, understood, and accepted the conditions and responsibilities outlined above. I also acknowledge that the testing process may place stress on the vehicle's drivetrain and could potentially lead to component failure. I understand that this is undertaken entirely at my own risk, and that neither Takeover Promotional Events, 4Tune Performance Ltd nor its staff can be held liable for any vehicle or mechanical damage or failure.

  • At 4Tune Performance Ltd, we aim to provide our clients with a convenient and flexible experience when scheduling dyno run appointments. We understand that plans can change, so we offer options for rescheduling and cancelling appointments.

    Here's our policy for rescheduling and cancelling dyno run appointments:

    • Rescheduling: Clients have the option to reschedule their dyno run appointment up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled appointment time. To reschedule, clients must contact us directly through our booking system or by phone. We will make every effort to accommodate the new preferred appointment time, subject to availability.

    • Cancellation: If a client needs to cancel their dyno run appointment entirely, they must do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that cancelling will result in forfeiting the £5 deposit payment made at the time of booking.

    • Procedure: Clients can initiate rescheduling or cancellation by contacting us directly. We will confirm the changes to the appointment and adjust our schedule accordingly.

    • No Additional Fees: There are no additional fees for rescheduling appointments within the 72-hour window. However, please be aware of the forfeiture of the £5 deposit payment if cancelling within this timeframe.
