Car Club Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024 Car Club! We are excited to have your car club participate in our event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees and protect the reputation of the event, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern your car club's presence at the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024:
The car club acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the behavior, actions, and vehicles of its members during their attendance at the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024.
Car club representatives shall take appropriate measures to ensure that club members adhere to all event rules, guidelines, and safety regulations.
Compliance with Event Rules:
The car club agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and guidelines as set forth by event organizers. This includes, but is not limited to, rules related to noise levels, designated parking areas, and safety protocols.
Any violations of event rules by club members may result in warnings, penalties, or expulsion from the event, as determined by event organizers.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
The car club acknowledges the importance of maintaining its vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition. All vehicles brought to the event must meet legal safety requirements.
Club members are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles during the event, including following all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Behaviour and Reputation Management:
The car club is responsible for managing the behaviour of its members and ensuring that they act in a respectful and responsible manner.
Any incidents of misbehaviour or actions that could negatively impact the reputation of the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024 must be addressed promptly by the car club.
Liability:
The car club acknowledges that it is solely liable for any damage or harm caused by its members or vehicles during the event.
Event organizers and the event venue shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to vehicles or property related to the car club's participation in the event.
Termination:
Event organizers reserve the right to terminate the car club's participation in the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024 if the club fails to uphold these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that disrupts the event or endangers the safety of attendees.
Acknowledgment:
By participating in the Isle of Wight Takeover 2024, the car club acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
