Terms and Conditions

Service Description: Juicy Details Wash Bays offer professional car cleaning services using high-quality Juicy Details products. Our services include wheel cleaning, tyre scrubbing, arch cleaning, snow foam pre-wash, two-bucket safe wash, towel drying, tyre dressing, exterior glass cleaning, and the option for a Juicy air freshener.
Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance using our online booking system. A £5 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable in cash on the day of your car clean.
Refunds: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, refunds will not be offered.
Availability: Bookings are subject to availability. Please select 18th May 2024 on the calendar when booking to view available slots.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is accessible and ready for cleaning at the scheduled appointment time. Please remove any personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.
Vehicle Condition: Our car wash services are suitable for most vehicles. However, we reserve the right to refuse service for excessively dirty or damaged vehicles that may require specialised cleaning or repairs.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during the cleaning process, Juicy Details Wash Bays and Level Detailing are not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles or personal belongings left in vehicles during the service.
Use of Products: Our car wash services utilise Juicy Details products. Customers with specific allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products should inform us in advance.
Customer Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or feedback regarding your car wash experience, please don't hesitate to contact us.
