The Isle of Wight Takeover is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees, local residents, businesses, and visitors to the Island.

This form is provided for the reporting of any poor, dangerous, anti-social, or unacceptable behaviour associated with attendees travelling to, attending, or leaving the event.
 

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• dangerous or anti-social driving

• excessive revving or noise nuisance

• abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour

• harassment or intimidation

• damage to property or vehicles

• failure to follow instructions from event staff, security, or local authorities
   

Please provide as much detail as possible, including vehicle information, location, time, and any supporting evidence such as photographs, videos, or witness details.
 

All reports are reviewed seriously by the Takeover team. Please note that our authority is limited to the official event site and event-managed areas.

The local police will also have access to all reported incidents submitted via our reporting database and may review the information provided, contact you for further details, and take any action they deem appropriate in relation to incidents occurring on public roads or elsewhere on the Island.
