CLUB ENTRY TIMES & SITE INFO – PLEASE READ

Clubs, this is everything you need to know to get in smoothly and park up with your club 👇

​

Your entry time + gate are shown on the schedule – please stick to them. This keeps traffic flowing and gets everyone in without chaos on Sunday morning.

📍 On arrival

​

• Head to your allocated gate (1 or 2) at your set time

• Follow marshal directions to your section (A–G)

• Your club pitch will be clearly marked and labelled with your club name

​

🚗 Parking on the day

We’re asking everyone to park sensibly so all members of your club can fit in while still having plenty of space.
Pitch sizes are never an exact science, but we’re flexible – as long as it’s fair across the board.

It’s a massive site… there’s room for everyone 🙌

🎟️ WRISTBAND COLLECTION (IMPORTANT)

You must collect your wristbands before Sunday:

• Friday: 12:00 – 17:00

• Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

We know some people moan about this, but it’s done to avoid huge entry queues on Sunday. It makes the whole experience smoother for everyone.

❗ If you don’t collect in advance:

• Your entry will be delayed

• You may not be able to park with your club

• ​

If someone else is collecting for you, just make sure they have your ticket confirmation – that’s absolutely fine.

​

⚠️ Friday & Saturday

These are setup days, not show days. Please collect your wristbands and head off after – we’ve got a lot to build before gates open properly.
