Stay + Ferry Package – Terms & Conditions

By placing a deposit for this package you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your package.
This deposit secures your place and introduces you to the accommodation provider.

​

2. Booking Confirmation

After your deposit is received, Sunrise Hotel will contact you using the telephone number provided at booking to arrange payment of the remaining balance, confirm your room type, ferry crossing, and any upgrades.

​

3. Accommodation Provider

Your accommodation booking is with Sunrise Hotel.
Takeover Promotional Events acts solely as an introducer between the customer and the hotel and is not the accommodation provider.

4. Hotel Terms & Conditions

All guests must agree to and comply with the Sunrise Hotel’s own terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, behaviour policies and hotel rules.

​

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid directly to the hotel when contacted.

If the remaining balance is not paid when requested, your booking may be cancelled and your ferry crossing and event tickets will not be confirmed.

6. Contact Responsibility

Customers must ensure that correct contact details are provided at the time of booking.

If the hotel is unable to contact you after reasonable attempts, your booking may be released and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

7. Event Tickets

Some packages may include Isle of Wight Takeover event entry tickets. These tickets are only confirmed once the final balance has been paid.

Entry to the event is subject to event ticket terms and conditions.

8. Ferry Crossings

Ferry crossings are subject to availability and ferry operator schedules.
Specific sailing times cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed with the hotel.

Vehicle bookings are based on a single standard vehicle unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to accommodation, ferry bookings, or room upgrades must be arranged directly with the Sunrise Hotel and may be subject to additional charges.

10. Cancellations

The £50 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation policies for the remaining balance will be subject to the Sunrise Hotel’s terms and conditions.

11. Event Changes or Cancellation

In the event that Isle of Wight Takeover is postponed, cancelled, or significantly changed, accommodation and ferry bookings will remain subject to the policies of the hotel and ferry operator.

Takeover Promotional Events will not be responsible for accommodation or ferry refunds.

12. Liability

Takeover Promotional Events accepts no responsibility or liability for accommodation services, ferry services, hotel facilities, or changes made by third-party providers.

All accommodation and travel arrangements are fulfilled directly by the Sunrise Hotel and associated travel providers.

13. Package Availability

All packages are limited and subject to availability, including hotel rooms and ferry capacity. Packages may be withdrawn at any time once allocation is sold.

14. Ticket & Package Use

Packages are intended for personal use by the person making the booking and their declared guests.

Event tickets included within a package must not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial gain without permission from Takeover Promotional Events.

Takeover Promotional Events reserves the right to cancel event tickets associated with a package if they are found to be resold, misused, or obtained fraudulently.

Packages are designed for attendees of Isle of Wight Takeover and may be refused or cancelled if they are being used in a way that circumvents event ticketing policies.

15. Ferry Operator Changes

Ferry crossings included within this package are provided subject to ferry operator availability, schedules and pricing.

In the event that ferry operators change schedules, availability, or pricing before final payment is made, the Sunrise Hotel reserves the right to adjust sailing times or apply any necessary price adjustments. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the booking.

Packages including ferry travel are intended for standard modified cars attending Isle of Wight Takeover.

Ferry bookings included in this package are valid for one standard modified vehicle only.

Vehicles with trailers, car transporters, or additional vehicles are not permitted under this package and must arrange their own ferry travel separately.

Customers must declare any oversized vehicles, vans, or vehicles with unusual dimensions directly with the Sunrise Hotel when completing their booking. Additional ferry charges may apply if the vehicle exceeds standard size limits set by the ferry operator.

Failure to declare vehicle size accurately may result in additional charges or refusal of ferry travel by the ferry operator.

Takeover Promotional Events accepts no responsibility for ferry operator restrictions relating to vehicle size, modifications, or transport arrangements.

16. Vehicle Entry Tickets

Packages that include Isle of Wight Takeover vehicle entry tickets are limited to one vehicle entry per booking.

Where a package includes a vehicle entry ticket, no additional vehicle entry tickets can be added to the booking as part of this package.
