CANCEL/REFUND POLICY 2022
In 2022 we have updated our T&Cs so if the date is change by us from what has been advertised you will be offered either a credit, new ticket to the new date, a ticket to 2023 show or a refund.
We have updated this due to the COVID situation from 2020. Under no other circumstances will a refund of ticket be offered. This may seem unfair but plans, deposits on show items and things to put on the show are paid for by money from ticket sales only. If you are unsure if you are able to attend do not book a ticket until your are sure.
Our Refund form from this year has now been taken down as we have had this up for over the 30 days we said it would be up for. No further refunds are on offer.
If you failed to contact to roll over your ticket please email with your ticket number, email address, name and telephone number and we shall roll your ticket on to 2022.
Entrance times will be released on Friday via the website and Facebook.
ONCE WE HAVE ENTERED AND PARKED
We will be temperature screening at entry to the show arena on Sunday and providing a wristband to show this has been carried out.
This is a contact-free temperature screening using a No Touch Infrared Forehead Thermometer at the main show entrance.
If you do not wish to have a temperature check you will need to show a negative COVID test, this test must have been within the last 3 days before the show.
