1. Eligibility & Registration

• Only a recognised Club Admin may register a club stand for the event.

• Registration requires a £20 fee, which includes one Vehicle & Driver ticket for the club admin.

• A club’s stand is only confirmed once the first ticket is purchased using the club’s name.

2. Club Stand Allocation

• Clubs with 10 or more cars booked will receive a dedicated stand space.

• Clubs with 5–10 cars will share a general display area grouped with other clubs of similar size.

• Clubs failing to book at least one car by the registration deadline may have their registration revoked.

3. Compliance with Event Rules

• All members must follow event regulations — including safety, noise limits, parking instructions, and steward directions — as set out by Takeover Promotional Events and venue management. IOW Takeover+1

• Any breach of these rules by a club or its members may result in removal of vehicles, expulsion of club members, or removal of club from the registered list. IOW Takeover+1

4. Vehicle & Driver Requirements

• All vehicles must be fully road-legal: taxed, insured, MOT-certified (unless arriving on a trailer or tender vehicle). IOW Takeover+1

• Club members are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are safe and road-worthy, and for driving responsibly on route and on site. IOW Takeover+1

5. Behaviour & Reputation

• Clubs are responsible for the conduct of their members at all times. Respectful, considerate behaviour is expected. IOW Takeover+1

• Takeover Promotional Events reserves the right to remove any club or individual whose behaviour negatively impacts the event, other attendees, or the venue. IOW Takeover+1

6. Liability & Insurance

• Participation is at the club’s and individual members’ own risk. Takeover Promotional Events and the venue will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or property while on site. IOW Takeover+1

• Clubs are advised to carry appropriate insurance for their vehicles while attending the event.

7. Photography & Promotion

• By participating, clubs and members grant Takeover Promotional Events permission to photograph or film their vehicles and share this content publicly for promotional purposes. IOW Takeover+1

8. Cancellation & Changes

• Takeover Promotional Events reserves the right to modify allocation, layout, or stand placement due to venue constraints, safety considerations, or changes in bookings.

• Any changes will be communicated to club admins as soon as possible.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

• By registering your club and submitting your first booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Car Club Terms & Conditions for Isle of Wight Takeover 2026.
